Ink and Consumables: Must be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non refundable.

Parts and Accessories: Unused items can be returned for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Customer pays for shipping both ways.

Equipment Sales: All Sales are final. No Refunds / No returns. Issues repaired under the terms of the warranty agreement.
