We do not issue refunds for printers. We replace printer parts that are faulty due to manufacturing defects; damage caused by the consumer is not covered. We also do not offer refunds on supplies. Used supplies without a manufacturing defect are not eligible for a refund. If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to replace it at no cost. Yes! Our hydraulic heat press is completely silent when not pressing. During active pressing, the hydraulic system produces approximately 72 dB of noise. The machine features a built-in hydraulic system and does not require an external air compressor, so it remains fully silent when not pressing.
