Returns and Refunds

We do not issue refunds for printers. However, we will replace parts and pieces that are faulty due to manufacturing defects, but not those caused by the consumer. We also do not offer refunds on our supplies. If the supply has been used and there is no manufacturer defect, refunds are not available. Should any situation arising from a manufacturing defect occur, we will promptly get in contact with you and replace the item at no cost to you!
