DTF PRINTER USA

Powder Shaker & Dryer Limited Warranty

Powder Shaker & Dryer

1. Warranty Overview and Covered Equipment

This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is offered by DTF PRINTER USA, doing business as DTF Printer USA ("Company"), to the original purchaser ("Customer") of new DTF powder shaker and dryer equipment purchased directly from the Company. It applies to standalone or integrated powder shaker/dryer equipment identified on the Customer’s invoice, including 12-inch and 24-inch models where sold by the Company. The invoice and equipment serial number identify the covered unit.

Powder shaker/dryer equipment is a separate system that may operate with a DTF printer. Coverage of the dryer/shaker does not extend to the separately purchased printer, printheads, transfer media, or other equipment. This Warranty is subject to the terms below and does not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular production volume.

2. Twelve-Month Limited Parts Coverage

For twelve (12) months from delivery to the Customer, the Company warrants original components of the covered powder shaker/dryer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This includes, where fitted, electronic controls, power supplies, motors, fans, heating elements, temperature controls, sensors, conveyor and shaker assemblies, bearings, belts, powder-return assemblies, vacuum/powder-handling components, wiring and related original mechanical parts.

Coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal and intended operating conditions. Motors, heating elements, conveyor belts, fans, bearings, electronic controls and powder-handling mechanisms remain eligible for warranty repair or replacement when a qualifying manufacturing defect is confirmed. Normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered. Damage caused by improper belt tension, excessive powder accumulation, inadequate maintenance, restricted airflow, improper electrical supply, overheating resulting from improper operation, or failure to follow the Company’s operating instructions is excluded from coverage. Warranty eligibility will be determined through a reasonable technical evaluation of the reported failure, available maintenance information and relevant operating circumstances. A component failure during the warranty period does not, by itself, establish a manufacturing defect. Approved manufacturing defects will be repaired or the affected part replaced without charge, subject to the diagnostic and service procedures in this Warranty.

3. Warranty Start Date and Replacement Parts

The twelve-month warranty period begins on the date the covered equipment is delivered, as supported by delivery or installation records. Repairs and replacement components do not restart or extend the original twelve-month term except where applicable law requires otherwise. A replacement part is covered for the remaining original warranty period or any longer mandatory statutory period.

4. Free Initial Installation and Setup

For covered equipment purchased directly from DTF Printer USA, initial Company-provided installation and operational setup are provided at no additional installation labor charge. The Company’s technical team determines whether setup will be conducted remotely or through an authorized on-site visit based on the equipment, location and site readiness. The Company covers authorized technician labor and reasonable travel costs for the installation method it selects.

The Customer is responsible for preparing a safe site, suitable ventilation/exhaust, adequate clearance, stable power at the equipment’s specified voltage and circuit rating, and any required electrical work or building modifications. These site-preparation costs are not part of free installation.

5. Mandatory Training and Customer Acknowledgment

The Customer must participate in Company-provided basic operation, safety, cleaning and maintenance training, either remotely or on-site as directed by the technical team. Training addresses correct powder handling, conveyor tension, heater operation, ventilation, temperature settings, cleaning and shutdown. The Company will offer a reasonable opportunity to complete training and may document attendance using a training checklist. Failure to complete training does not by itself automatically void all coverage; however, the Company may deny a particular claim when technical evidence reasonably shows that a failure to follow communicated operating or maintenance instructions caused or materially contributed to the reported damage.

6. Customer Operation and Preventive Maintenance

The Customer must operate the equipment within its designated power, temperature, airflow and workload limits and follow the supplied manual and technical guidance. Required preventive care includes clearing excess powder and accumulated residue, keeping ventilation and exhaust paths unobstructed, inspecting belt tracking and tension, cleaning accessible powder-return or shaking areas, and checking heating performance and safety devices as instructed.

Do not allow loose powder to accumulate in fans, motors, heating areas, electrical compartments or suction components. Do not defeat interlocks or temperature protections. Maintenance frequency depends on use and environment; the Customer should keep reasonable records, photographs or service notes where practicable.

7. Third-Party DTF Powder and Film

The use of third-party DTF powder or transfer film does not automatically cancel the entire equipment warranty. Customers choosing these materials must ensure compatibility with equipment requirements, curing temperatures, material feed and Company instructions.

Damage or malfunction caused by or materially contributed to by incompatible, contaminated, defective or improperly used third-party consumables is excluded from this Warranty. Depending on the proven cause, affected parts may include shaker and powder-return motors, powder-handling or vacuum components, conveyor belts and rollers, bearings, heating components, temperature sensing parts, and exhaust fans or air passages. Examples include powder caking or buildup, obstruction, overheating due to restricted airflow, abrasive contamination, and belt damage from incompatible film or temperature settings.

Technical evaluation must reasonably establish the causal link to the specific malfunction before the exclusion applies. Unrelated manufacturing defects remain eligible for coverage. The Company may request the consumable brand, product specifications, photographs and usage history in reviewing a claim.

8. Normal Wear and Supplies

Routine supplies and consumables, including DTF powder, film, cleaning products and replaceable filters intended to be consumed in ordinary use, are not covered as equipment parts. Gradual wear from normal use, including routine belt surface wear, residue buildup requiring cleaning and periodic adjustment, is not a manufacturing defect. However, an original belt, bearing, heating element or other part that fails due to a verified manufacturing defect within the warranty term remains eligible for coverage.

9. Reporting an Issue

Customers should stop using equipment when continued operation could cause damage or a safety risk and contact technical support promptly after identifying an issue. Customers should provide the invoice/order number, model, serial number, description of symptoms, date first observed and relevant photographs or videos. Delayed reporting will not automatically void the Warranty; a claim may be limited only to the extent a proven delay caused additional avoidable damage.

10. Remote-First Technical Diagnosis

The Company will first attempt diagnosis, adjustments, repair guidance and, where appropriate, component replacement through remote technical support. The Customer agrees to reasonably cooperate with safe, appropriate checks requested by the technical team, which may include photographs of powder buildup, heating readings, power information, conveyor tracking or error messages. The Company will not require the Customer to perform unsafe electrical or mechanical repairs.

If remote resolution is not practical, the Company’s technical team will evaluate whether an authorized on-site visit is necessary. The Company decides the technically appropriate service method after considering safety, accessibility, component type and prior diagnostic results.

11. Covered On-Site Service and Shipping

When a problem is confirmed to be covered by this Warranty and the Company’s technical team determines that an on-site technician is necessary because remote support cannot reasonably resolve it, DTF Printer USA will pay the reasonable costs of the authorized visit, including technician labor, travel and covered repair work. Customers will not be billed for Company-authorized on-site service necessary to remedy an eligible warranty defect.

The Company pays standard shipping for approved warranty replacement parts to locations within the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international addresses, any shipping or travel terms must be disclosed and agreed in writing before dispatch or service. Expedited shipping selected by a Customer may carry an additional preapproved charge.

12. Replacement Parts and Repair Decisions

At its discretion, the Company may repair the covered component, send an equivalent compatible replacement part, arrange an authorized service visit, or provide another lawful warranty remedy. Parts may be new or functionally equivalent refurbished components where permitted and disclosed. The Company will communicate the approved remedy and reasonable next steps after completing its evaluation.

13. Return of Defective Components

For approved replacements, the Company may request return of the defective component for inspection and quality control. If requested, the Customer should return it within fifteen (15) calendar days after receiving the replacement, using return instructions and a prepaid standard shipping label supplied by the Company for eligible returns within the contiguous United States.

The Company will not impose an automatic penalty or charge a stored payment method solely because a return is late. Any proposed recovery of an unreturned part’s reasonable value must be separately disclosed, legally permitted and expressly accepted in writing before the advance replacement is shipped.

14. Exclusions and Customer-Caused Damage

This Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, impacts, unauthorized alterations, incorrect electrical supply, inadequate ventilation, failure to follow maintenance instructions, corrosion or liquid exposure, fire or other external events, or operation outside rated temperature and environmental limits. Cleaning and routine preventive maintenance, production adjustments and consumables are not free warranty repairs.

Use of non-Company materials alone is not sufficient grounds for denying unrelated claims. Warranty decisions will be based on evidence of the reported defect and its cause. Transportation damage should be reported promptly for carrier and seller assessment under any applicable shipping and delivery terms.

15. Service Outside Warranty

For faults not covered by the Warranty, the Company may offer remote support, replacement parts or on-site service for a quoted charge. Any technician labor, travel, lodging, part or freight charges outside coverage will be communicated for the Customer’s approval before paid work begins. The Customer is not required to approve chargeable service to retain coverage on unrelated eligible components.

16. Failure of Related Components

Failure of one part does not automatically establish that every subsequent malfunction was caused by a manufacturing defect. The Company will assess related damage based on available technical evidence, including whether an initially covered defect caused the additional failure or whether an independent excluded cause is involved.

17. Business Interruption and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DTF Printer USA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential business damages, such as lost profits, lost orders, lost production, loss of revenue or business interruption arising from equipment downtime. Warranty remedies remain available as expressly stated in this Warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s aggregate contractual liability for claims under this Warranty shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the covered equipment. These limitations do not restrict rights or remedies that applicable law prohibits the Company from excluding.

18. Governing Law and Good-Faith Resolution

This Warranty is intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, to the extent legally permitted. The Customer should contact DTF Printer USA first with any warranty concern so the parties can attempt a prompt good-faith resolution. No mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver or waiver of lawful payment-dispute rights is created by this document.

19. Documentation, Transferability and Terms

This limited warranty is provided to the original purchaser identified on the sales invoice. Any requested transfer to a subsequent owner requires a separate written determination by the Company, subject to applicable law. This document supplements, and does not replace, rights that cannot legally be waived. Where a product manual contains more specific safe-use instructions, those instructions must be followed.

The Warranty version supplied to the purchaser at sale applies to that purchase; a subsequent revision does not retroactively remove coverage promised under an earlier version without a lawful written agreement.
