The dryer features a 24 inch (60 cm) working width and delivers a baking efficiency of 35 meters per hour, making it suitable for production environments using wider DTF printers and higher daily output. It uses a combination of front and back baking heating to maintain stable curing temperatures across PET film during powder setting.
This unit supports motor vibration powder shaking with automatic powder return, helping maintain consistent adhesive coverage while reducing material waste. It includes automatic tension control for film feeding and take-up, along with manual and automatic operating modes for flexible production control.
An integrated hidden smoke purifier is included to help manage airflow and maintain a cleaner working environment. Designed to pair with 4–5 head DTF printers, this economical dryer is well suited for shops scaling beyond entry-level systems without moving into higher-powered industrial ovens.
The Heat Press includes a 12-month limited warranty from the original purchase date, covering non-consumable components such as the control board, wiring, internal electronics, hydraulic pump, motor, hydraulic system, structural mechanical parts, platen mounts, and frame components when used under normal conditions. Consumable or wear-and-tear items—including pressure pads, silicone mats, high-temperature sheets, platen covers, laser guides, fuses, power cords, buttons, exterior panels, and parts affected by normal usage, poor maintenance, improper storage, environmental exposure, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications—are not covered. DTFPrinterUSA provides remote support via email, phone, or video, including repair guidance and tutorials when available. Eligible replacement parts covered under warranty are free, but customers must pay all shipping costs; the warranty does not include on-site service, technician visits, or labor.
