                  All printers and dryers include a 12-month limited warranty covering non-consumable parts under normal use. Consumable components including printheads, printhead covers, dampers, capping stations, wiper blades, and filters are not covered. Using ink, film, powder, or other consumable supplies not sold or distributed by DTFPrinterUSA will void the warranty.

                  What printheads do your DTF printers use?

                  The 24-inch models (D-24-4, D-24-5, D-24-4/9) use Epson I3200-A1 printheads. The 16.5-inch all-in-one model (D-16.5-AllinOne) uses Epson I1600-A1 printheads.

                  What print widths are available?

                  24 inches (60 cm) on the D-24-4, D-24-5, and D-24-4/9 models. 16.5 inches (42 cm) on the D-16.5-AllinOne.

                  What is the printable material?

                  All printers print on PET film only, as stated on each product page.

                  Which dryer should I pair with my printer?

                  The PS-24A and PS-24M are suitable for 4-head printers. The PS-24E is suitable for 4–5 head printers. The PS-12E is suitable for 2–4 head printers. The D-16.5-AllinOne includes an integrated powder shaker and does not require a separate dryer.

                  What power supply do the machines require?

                  The D-24-4, D-24-5, D-24-4/9, PS-12E, and PS-24E run on 110V. The D-16.5-AllinOne and PS-24M run on 220V.
