Description
This 12 inch DTF powder shaker dryer is designed as a cost-effective curing solution for small businesses and entry-level DTF production setups. With a compact footprint and simplified operation, it provides reliable powder curing while keeping equipment investment and operating costs low.
The unit supports a working width of up to 300 mm and delivers a baking efficiency of 35 meters per hour, making it suitable for light to moderate production volumes. It uses a combination of front and back baking heating to maintain stable curing temperatures across PET film during the powder setting process.
This dryer features motor vibration powder shaking, automatic tension control for film feeding and take-up, and manual or automatic operating modes, allowing flexible control depending on production needs. An integrated smoke purifier is included to help manage airflow and maintain a cleaner working environment.
Designed to pair with 2–4 head DTF printers, this economical dryer is well suited for shops looking to complete a basic DTF workflow without moving into larger, higher-powered curing systems.

Consumable or wear-and-tear items—including pressure pads, silicone mats, high-temperature sheets, platen covers, laser guides, fuses, power cords, buttons, exterior panels, and parts affected by normal usage, poor maintenance, improper storage, environmental exposure, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications—are not covered. DTFPrinterUSA provides remote support via email, phone, or video, including repair guidance and tutorials when available. Eligible replacement parts covered under warranty are free, but customers must pay all shipping costs; the warranty does not include on-site service, technician visits, or labor.
