Terms of service
OVERVIEW
"DTF Printer USA," "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to DTF PRINTER USA LLC, operating under the trade name DTF Printer USA. We operate dtfprinterusa.com, offering printing equipment, shaker/dryer systems, heat presses, embroidery equipment, consumables, accessories, replacement parts and related technical services. These Terms govern website use and purchases. By placing an order or using our services you agree to the applicable Terms and expressly incorporated policies, to the extent permitted by law.
The applicable written product Limited Warranty controls its specific warranty promises. These Terms do not take away non-waivable legal rights.
Eligibility and Accounts
Customers must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and provide accurate, current billing, shipping, contact and payment information. Customers are responsible for maintaining account security and promptly reporting unauthorized account use. We may restrict misuse, fraud or unlawful activity, subject to accepted orders and applicable law.
Products, Specifications and Performance
We make commercially reasonable efforts to accurately describe equipment, accessories and supplies. Minor cosmetic or packaging variations may occur without changing agreed essential specifications. We will not materially substitute accepted equipment without the customer's agreement or other lawful basis. Product specifications and availability may change for future sales.
Published printing speeds, production rates and output estimates vary with configuration, RIP/software settings, materials, maintenance, environmental conditions and operator practices; they are not unconditional productivity guarantees. Express written product representations and mandatory legal rights remain effective.
Orders and Commercial Purchases
We sell for lawful individual and commercial use, including professional printing and garment production. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs upon our confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders for legitimate causes, including unavailability, suspected fraud, payment problems or material errors, subject to applicable law and required refunds. Order changes and cancellations follow the accepted order and applicable Refund Policy. Commercial resale or export must comply with relevant laws and separately agreed reseller terms.
Prices, Payment, Taxes and Financing
Accepted order pricing controls, including specifically agreed charges. Advertised prices and promotions may change for future orders. Unless stated otherwise, price may exclude taxes, freight, duties, optional site preparation and additional services. Customer agrees to pay authorized charges and provide valid information. Tax-exempt treatment requires documentation and legal eligibility; prior completed orders may not be adjustable. Financing offered by third parties is governed by their separate agreements.
Customers may also pay through Synchrony Flex. Financing approval and payment terms are determined between the Customer and Synchrony under the provider’s separate agreement.
Shipping, Delivery and Freight Inspection
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in an accepted written agreement. Delays outside our reasonable control do not negate obligations that applicable law imposes regarding delivery or non-delivery. Title and risk of loss transfer according to the agreed shipment terms and governing law, not automatically upon tender to a carrier in every transaction.
Customers must inspect safely accessible freight packaging, pallets, crates and visible equipment before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). Where visible freight damage is present, document it with photos/video, clearly mark “DAMAGED” on the POD before signing and promptly notify DTF Printer USA. Concealed damage should be reported promptly, preferably within 48 hours; missing a visible-damage notation does not automatically bar a genuinely concealed damage claim. For parcels and freight, the Shipping & Delivery Policy supplies the detailed process; any limits on compensation remain subject to the circumstances and applicable law. Preserve packaging and cooperate reasonably in carrier investigations.
Supplies orders placed by 5:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), ship the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. Commercial equipment is generally prepared and shipped within two (2) business days; special preparation or freight scheduling may require additional time. These processing and shipping periods do not represent guaranteed carrier delivery dates. The Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the detailed conditions.
U.S. orders are shipped from the Company’s warehouse at 12603 Executive Drive, Suite 814, Stafford, TX 77477. Free local delivery is available for orders of $500 or more to Houston-area addresses within 20 miles of this warehouse.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Ordinary returns of eligible supplies may be requested within thirty (30) days after delivery, provided that the supplies are unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Prior return authorization is required. Approved customer-initiated returns of eligible supplies, other than verified damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items, are subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee. Customers pay return shipping and original shipping charges are nonrefundable for ordinary returns. The applicable Return & Refund Policy governs the complete conditions.
For supplies believed to be defective, Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days after delivery. DTF Printer USA will provide a prepaid return shipping label and inspect the product to determine whether it is defective and whether a refund is required. The unopened-product requirement for ordinary returns does not apply to defective-product claims. No restocking fee applies to an approved defective-product refund.
Commercial equipment, including DTF and UV printers, powder shaker/dryers, heat presses and embroidery machines, and replacement parts are non-returnable and non-refundable for ordinary returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Shipping damage, incorrect deliveries and eligible manufacturing defects are addressed separately under the Shipping & Delivery Policy and applicable written Limited Warranty.
Returned supplies must meet the applicable packaging and condition requirements for the relevant return category. The unopened-product requirement for ordinary customer-initiated returns does not apply to defective-product claims. For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing goods, Customers should contact DTF Printer USA promptly for review. Following receipt of an authorized supplies return at our warehouse, inspection will occur within five (5) business days. If approved following inspection, the refund will be issued within three (3) business days after the inspection, after applicable fees for ordinary customer-initiated returns. No restocking fee applies to an approved defective-product refund. After issuance, funds typically appear in the Customer’s account within an additional five to seven (5–7) business days, depending on the payment provider. This bank processing period is separate from the Company’s refund issuance deadline. The Return & Refund Policy governs if any provision here conflicts.
Product-Specific Written Limited Warranties
Each purchased product is governed by its applicable written Limited Warranty, if any, furnished with or properly incorporated into the sale. Duration, parts eligibility, exclusions, initial installation, mandatory training, diagnostics, covered repair methods, shipping, and service benefits are determined by that specific document.
The reviewed written warranties for qualifying 12-inch, 4-head and 5-head DTF printers and 12-inch and 24-inch UV printers provide twelve-month limited original-parts coverage from documented delivery and expressly exclude printheads from their voluntary limited parts warranties. The reviewed Powder Shaker & Dryer Limited Warranty separately covers qualifying standalone or integrated systems and eligible original components against verified manufacturing defects for twelve months. Normal wear is distinguished from verified manufacturing defects, including for eligible belts, bearings, motors and heating elements.
No printer warranty automatically covers separately purchased peripherals; an included original component is covered only if the relevant warranty and sales documentation say so. Warranties for other models, embroidery machines, heat presses, parts and accessories are not assumed identical. An express warranty's covered services and remedies remain effective notwithstanding broad statements elsewhere in these Terms. Non-waivable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Initial Installation and Site Readiness
For eligible NEW DTF and UV printers and DTF powder shaker/dryer systems purchased directly from DTF Printer USA, Company-provided initial installation and operational setup are included without additional installation labor charges under the applicable written Limited Warranty. The technical team chooses remote installation or an authorized on-site visit based on equipment requirements, customer location, site readiness, safety and other technical considerations. Free on-site installation is NOT automatically guaranteed with every purchase. If the Company selects on-site installation for equipment covered by an express free-installation commitment, the Company covers authorized labor and technician travel costs as stated in that warranty.
For new embroidery machines purchased directly from DTF Printer USA, initial REMOTE setup assistance and guidance are provided without additional charge under the Company’s proposed standard service offering. Heat presses require no installation. Customers must follow the applicable model-specific electrical and first-use instructions; remote guidance is provided without additional charge for new heat presses purchased directly from DTF Printer USA. On-site initial assistance is not included for these categories unless an applicable written warranty or accepted sales agreement expressly provides it.
Customers must prepare a safe installation location and required power, grounding, ventilation/exhaust, clearance, connectivity and other documented conditions. Electrical/building modifications and optional site preparation are excluded unless expressly agreed; optional charges require advance disclosure and customer approval. The Sales Agreement may record the technical team's pre-sale determination and customer acknowledgment, but cannot waive promises in an applicable written warranty. Material post-signing changes require documented reassessment and customer communication; no unapproved extra charges may be imposed.
Installation service for machines not purchased from DTF Printer USA costs $2,000 within Texas or $3,000 outside Texas. The service scope and any additional charges must be disclosed and accepted in writing before booking. These prices do not create additional charges for the initial installation included with an eligible direct equipment purchase under its applicable written Limited Warranty.
Remote Support, On-Site Warranty Service and Repairs
Remote diagnosis and troubleshooting are the preferred first steps when safe and practical. We may request photos, video, codes, nozzle checks, settings, service records and other relevant evidence. For eligible DTF and UV printers, remote technical support is free during the warranty period as described in the respective warranties. For eligible powder shaker/dryer systems, remote-first diagnosis and covered remedies are provided as stated in that separate warranty.
An on-site visit is not automatic for every issue. Where remote resolution is impractical and the technical team finds an authorized visit necessary for a confirmed warranty-covered defect, the Company will pay the applicable reasonable labor, travel and covered repairs expressly promised in the written warranty. Approved replacement-part standard shipping and defective-part return arrangements are governed by that warranty. Out-of-warranty work, optional visits, expedited delivery and routine maintenance may carry preapproved charges. We use commercially reasonable efforts but do not promise uninterrupted operation, immediate dispatch or a fixed restoration date.
General customer service is available 24/7 by phone and online chat and provides an initial response within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of an inquiry. This initial-response period is not a guarantee that technical diagnosis, repair, a carrier investigation, or a refund review will be completed within twenty-four hours.
Technical support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (CT), through +1 (346) 793-8407, including WhatsApp. Technical support is provided during these working hours; 24/7 general customer service availability does not mean technical support is available 24/7.
Training, Operation and Maintenance
Customers must follow machine-specific manuals, safety documentation and maintenance schedules. Where a warranty requires Company-provided orientation/training, the Company will offer or arrange it as promised, remotely or on-site as selected by its technical team. DTF printer care may include white ink circulation, nozzle checks, ink-path cleaning and safe film handling; UV printers may need UV-curing and ink-system checks; shaker/dryers may require powder residue removal, proper airflow, heat monitoring and belt tracking/tension checks. Exact practices and frequency are controlled by the machine's written instructions.
Customer must maintain suitable power, grounding, ventilation, environment and safe operating practices and stop operating equipment when ongoing use poses a safety risk or may worsen damage. A training/maintenance omission does not automatically void an entire warranty; an exclusion applies only as the written warranty and applicable law allow and where reasonably linked to the particular damage.
Consumables, Third-Party Materials and Wear
Ink, film, powder, media, cleaning supplies and other consumables are generally not covered by an equipment parts warranty; separate product/return rights may apply. Compatible third-party consumables do not, by themselves, void an entire written equipment warranty. A specifically claimed failure may be excluded when a reasonable technical evaluation establishes that incompatible, contaminated, defective or improperly used materials caused or materially contributed to it. Unrelated defects remain eligible.
Normal wear, cleaning, adjustments and preventive maintenance are generally outside warranty coverage. This does NOT exclude an otherwise eligible manufacturing defect in an original shaker/dryer belt, bearing, motor, heater or other covered part during its applicable warranty term.
Equipment Safety and Unauthorized Work
Industrial equipment can involve electrical, UV, hydraulic, mechanical, heat, chemical, powder and ventilation hazards. The customer must follow instructions, use suitable safeguards and qualified personnel for safety-critical work, and avoid unsafe modifications or bypassed protections. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injury or damage caused by customer-controlled misuse, unsafe site conditions or unauthorized work when causally responsible. This does not release us from our own conduct, covered installation/service obligations, product-defect responsibilities or any liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
Warranty Claims and Component Returns
Customer should report a covered issue through the channels on its invoice or current website, with order/model/serial, delivery date, symptoms, photos/video and available maintenance information. We will explain reasonably necessary diagnostic steps and the claim determination under the specific warranty. Missing optional registration or training records alone do not automatically cancel otherwise eligible coverage.
If a defective part must be returned after an approved advance replacement, the applicable warranty controls the return time and prepaid label arrangements. We do not authorize automatic penalties or charges to a stored card solely for missing a return deadline. Any lawful recovery must meet the applicable warranty's disclosure and written-agreement requirements.
Business Interruption and Consequential Loss
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DTF PRINTER USA DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM EQUIPMENT DEFECTS OR DOWNTIME, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, PRODUCTION, ORDERS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. This limitation does not cancel expressly promised covered repairs, replacements, eligible parts shipping, authorized required on-site warranty service, or relief that may not lawfully be excluded.
Website Disclaimer; Express Warranty Preservation
Online information and website functionality are offered on an 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law; continuous error-free website operation is not guaranteed. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION DISCLAIMS OR REDUCES AN EXPRESS WRITTEN PRODUCT WARRANTY, AN AGREED ESSENTIAL PRODUCT REPRESENTATION, OR AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR STATUTORY RIGHT THAT MAY NOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED. Any lawful equipment-specific disclaimer must be read with the applicable written warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Lawful contractual liability limits in an applicable product warranty govern claims arising solely under that warranty, subject to any exceptions stated therein and mandatory law. No blanket limitation in these Terms eliminates an express promise to repair/replace covered components, ship eligible parts or fund necessary authorized on-site warranty service. Liability that may not lawfully be limited remains unaffected.
Intellectual Property
Company and licensor names, trademarks, manuals, media, photographs, videos, artwork, text and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Browsing and ordinary product evaluation are permitted; unauthorized copying, resale of content or infringement is prohibited. A machinery purchase does not transfer intellectual-property rights.
Shopify, Financing and Third Parties
Our store is powered by Shopify, but product sales are contracts with DTF Printer USA, not Shopify. Third-party lenders, payment processors, carriers, external tools and linked sites may have separate terms. We are not responsible for their independent conduct beyond obligations imposed on us by accepted agreements and law. Company obligations are not transferred to a third party simply by linking to it.
Privacy and Data
Personal information is addressed by our Privacy Policy, and relevant law. Remote support may require limited technical information or access with appropriate customer authorization. Customers should review the Privacy Policy for how information is processed and relevant rights.
Reviews, Testimonials and Feedback
Customers submitting reviews or media grant us a nonexclusive worldwide royalty-free license to use lawful submissions for operational and promotional purposes, subject to privacy and rights of others. Review incentives and endorsements must be disclosed as applicable. Warranty service is not conditioned on a positive review. Nothing prohibits truthful, legally protected consumer statements.
Prohibited Uses
Fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful transactions, malware, unauthorized access, interference with site security and intellectual-property infringement are prohibited. We may restrict access for material violations subject to applicable law and already accepted sales/warranty obligations.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, a customer shall indemnify the Company for third-party claims and reasonable costs to the extent caused by the customer's unlawful conduct, material breach or negligent misuse. This obligation does not shift responsibility for the Company's own breach, negligence, defective products or non-transferable legal duties.
Termination
We may restrict website services for fraud or material violations subject to law. Ending an online account does not cancel paid accepted orders, accrued contractual duties, a valid written warranty or required remedies. Appropriate surviving terms remain effective.
Texas Law and Disputes
Subject to controlling federal law and non-waivable protections, Texas law governs these Terms. The parties are encouraged to pursue written notice and management review in good faith. Venue and jurisdiction remain subject to mandatory law. These Terms create no mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver or restriction of lawful payment disputes/chargebacks; any later such mechanism requires appropriate separate legal review and valid agreement.
SMS and Electronic Communications
We may provide transactional support, order and installation communications under applicable law. Promotional messaging requires any applicable consent; consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message/data rates may apply. Customers can reply STOP or HELP to an applicable SMS program. Data use and permitted sharing follow relevant disclosures, the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Priority of Documents; Entire Agreement
These Terms govern general website use, ordering and other general sale matters. An accepted transaction-specific Sales Agreement governs recorded customer/equipment details and agreed pre-sale installation method, but does not silently delete a product warranty. The applicable product-specific written Limited Warranty governs its express coverage, included installation, mandatory training, technical support, authorized on-site repairs, shipping and remedies; mandatory law always controls. The Refund Policy governs ordinary returns without extinguishing warranty or statutory rights.
If terms conflict on warranty subjects, the written product warranty controls unless a legally valid, clearly disclosed and specifically agreed provision grants additional rights or law otherwise requires. A Sales Agreement installation selection determines only INITIAL installation; it never waives a later authorized on-site covered WARRANTY REPAIR. Severability and non-waiver apply.
Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms prospectively, with notice when required. Terms applicable to an accepted transaction depend on the version properly presented and agreed at that time. Later changes do not retroactively decrease express written warranty promises for an earlier purchase without a legally valid agreement.
