1. Scope and Eligible Equipment
This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is offered by the legal entity operating under the DTF Printer USA brand ("Company") to the original purchaser ("Customer") of a new qualifying 12-Inch UV DTF Printer purchased directly from the Company or an expressly authorized seller. The applicable 12-Inch UV DTF Printer model, printhead configuration, and serial number are identified on the sales invoice. Free initial installation under Section 5 is available only for eligible machines purchased directly from DTF Printer USA.
This Warranty applies only to the qualifying 12-Inch UV DTF Printer identified on the sales invoice. It does not apply to any other printer configuration, equipment model, or separately purchased accessory. A shaker/dryer or other peripheral is covered under this policy only if it is an original component of the covered 12-Inch UV DTF Printer system, is included in the same sale, and is expressly identified as part of the covered equipment. Standalone peripherals require their own applicable warranty.
2. Warranty Period and Coverage Summary
For twelve (12) months from the documented delivery date, the Company warrants all original parts of the eligible 12-Inch UV DTF Printer against defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal, intended operation. All printheads are expressly excluded from this Limited Warranty. Coverage remains subject to the eligibility requirements, claim procedures, and exclusions described below.
This is a limited parts warranty, not a promise that equipment will run without interruption. Repaired or replaced parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, or for any minimum period required by law; a replacement does not restart the 12-month term.
3. Express Printhead Exclusion
All printheads, including Epson printheads or any other printheads installed in the covered 12-Inch UV DTF Printer, are expressly excluded from this voluntary Limited Warranty. The Company does not offer a six-month or other separately stated printhead parts warranty under this document. This exclusion is disclosed independently of the general 12-month parts coverage.
Printheads may be affected by clogging, ink drying, contamination, nozzle condition, head strikes, UV curing- system misuse, improper voltages, and other operating factors. When a printhead concern is reported upon initial installation or first operation, the Company will review available delivery, installation, nozzle-check, and diagnostic evidence and explain any applicable manufacturer process or legally required remedy. This review is not a promise of a free printhead replacement. Nothing in this policy removes non-waivable statutory rights or remedies.
4. Warranty Start, Records, and Registration
The warranty begins on the date the covered equipment is delivered to the Customer, as supported by carrier tracking, signed delivery acknowledgement, or other reliable evidence. The Customer should retain the purchase invoice, machine model, serial number, and delivery information. Registration and completed training records help the Company provide timely service. A missing registration alone will not automatically extinguish otherwise applicable coverage.
5. Installation and Mandatory Training
For eligible equipment purchased directly from DTF Printer USA, the Company provides initial printer installation at no additional charge. DTF Printer USA’s technical team will determine, based on the equipment, customer location, site readiness, and installation requirements, whether installation will be performed remotely or through an authorized on-site technician visit. Both Company-selected installation methods are free of installation labor and authorized technician travel charges to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for preparing the installation site, including suitable space, electrical service, ventilation, network availability, and other site requirements disclosed before installation; any optional site preparation work or equipment not included in the sale will be separately disclosed and requires Customer approval before charges apply. Company-approved initial orientation and training are mandatory operating requirements and will be provided or arranged by DTF Printer USA. Training may take place remotely or on site, as determined by the Company’s technical team. Before independent production, the Customer must review machine-specific safety instructions, power and environmental requirements, maintenance procedures, and emergency shutdown instructions. The Company will provide reasonable opportunities to complete training and document completion. Damage caused or materially worsened by failure to follow training or written instructions may be excluded after reasonable technical review; incomplete training records alone will not automatically void unrelated warranty coverage.
6. Customer Maintenance and Operating Conditions
The Customer is responsible for following the operator manual and written maintenance schedule provided for the covered 12-Inch UV DTF Printer. UV DTF printer maintenance may include recommended ink-system checks, nozzle checks, proper cleaning of the printhead surroundings and capping station, inspection of UV curing components, and periodic inspection of ink lines, filters, and dampers as instructed. The Customer should maintain reasonable records of required maintenance and promptly report issues that could cause additional damage.
The Customer must maintain compatible electrical supply, grounding, climate control, ventilation, and a suitable operating area; safely store consumables; avoid unapproved alterations; and stop using the equipment when continued operation could cause additional damage. Routine maintenance and consumables are ordinarily Customer responsibilities.
7. Consumables, Ordinary Wear, and Third-Party Materials
UV ink, printing media, cleaning solutions, and other consumables used during production are not covered by the twelve (12) month equipment-parts warranty. Concerns about defective consumable products may be evaluated under any applicable separate returns or product policy.
Customers may use third-party consumables but are responsible for selecting materials compatible with their printer and following the applicable operating and maintenance instructions. Use of third-party consumables alone does not automatically void this entire equipment warranty. However, damage to a specific component that is reasonably shown by technical evaluation to have been caused or materially contributed to by incompatible, contaminated, defective, or improperly used third-party inks, films, UV printing media, or cleaning solutions is excluded from coverage for that damage.
Printheads: All printheads are excluded from this Limited Warranty regardless of the brand of consumables used. DTF Printer USA may assist with initial-operation diagnostics or manufacturer-related inquiries without creating additional printhead warranty coverage.
Ink dampers: Damper clogging, loss of flow, contamination, or material deterioration caused by incompatible ink, pigment deposits, or improper cleaning agents is not covered.
Ink filters: Blockages, sediment buildup, restricted flow, or filter damage caused by incompatible or contaminated third-party inks are not covered.
Ink hoses and tubes: Clogging, leakage, chemical deterioration, or restricted flow caused by incompatible inks or cleaning solutions is not covered.
Ink pumps and circulation pumps: Failures, blockage, or reduced performance resulting from contaminated ink, excessive sedimentation, or chemically incompatible materials are not covered.
Capping stations: Clogging, damage, or malfunction caused by incompatible ink, dried ink residue attributable to improper material use, or improper cleaning materials is not covered.
These examples apply only when the stated cause is reasonably established for the specific claim. An unrelated manufacturing defect in another covered component remains eligible for evaluation under this Limited Warranty. The Company may request nozzle-check images, photos, videos, maintenance records, and consumable information for diagnosis. Nothing in this section overrides non-waivable legal rights.
8. Initial Delivery Inspection and Early Problems
The Customer should examine the shipping container and equipment promptly upon delivery, document visible transit damage, retain packaging when practical, and notify the Company as soon as reasonably possible. For a problem discovered during setup or initial test printing, the Customer should provide photographs, video, error details, and initial test results. A recommended notice window of seven (7) calendar days helps preserve evidence but does not automatically eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be shortened.
Transit damage, missing items, and initial non-operation will be evaluated under the applicable delivery terms, carrier rules, purchase agreement, and any mandatory legal obligations. The Company will communicate next steps and any carrier documentation needed.
9. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Contact DTF Printer USA technical support using the contact channel shown on the invoice or the current Company website. Include: (1) purchaser and order number; (2) machine model and serial number; (3) delivery date; (4) description and timing of the problem; (5) relevant photos, videos, error codes, or nozzle checks; and (6) available maintenance and installation records. A support representative may request further relevant information or propose a remote troubleshooting session.
The Company will acknowledge the claim and explain the diagnostic steps within a commercially reasonable time. If information is missing, the Company will explain what is needed rather than rejecting the claim without an opportunity to supplement the record. Customer cooperation is required for a safe and practical diagnosis.
10. Remote Diagnostics and Technical Assistance
DTF Printer USA provides remote technical support and troubleshooting at no charge during the warranty period for covered equipment. Remote diagnosis, guided repairs, and replacement-part installation are the first steps whenever reasonably safe and practicable. The technical team may request photographs, video, error codes, nozzle checks, maintenance records, or a remote session. Work involving hazardous electrical or other safety- critical systems must be performed by qualified personnel. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, the DTF Printer USA technical team will determine whether an on-site technician visit is necessary.
An on-site service visit is not automatic. When the technical team determines that an on-site visit is necessary to address a confirmed warranty-covered defect, DTF Printer USA will authorize and pay the reasonable costs of technician labor, travel, and repairs required for that covered issue. The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to schedule diagnostics and approved repairs promptly; no uninterrupted operation or guaranteed restoration date is promised.
11. Covered Repairs, On-Site Service, and Shipping
For a defect approved under this Limited Warranty, DTF Printer USA will repair or replace the eligible defective component or provide another lawful warranty remedy. If it is safe and practical, the Company will first guide the Customer through the repair or replacement remotely, without a technician visit. If remote service cannot resolve the problem and the DTF Printer USA technical team determines an on-site visit is necessary, the Company will cover reasonable authorized technician labor, travel, and necessary covered repair costs. The Company also pays standard outbound shipping for approved warranty replacement parts to destinations in the contiguous United States.
For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations, available shipping and service arrangements will be explained in advance, including any permissible additional charges. These arrangements do not eliminate a Company commitment expressly made for an approved, necessary warranty-covered on-site repair. For issues outside warranty coverage, optional visits, routine maintenance, Customer-requested expedited shipping, or site preparation, any applicable charges must be disclosed and approved by the Customer before the work proceeds. Installation of machines purchased directly from DTF Printer USA is separately addressed in Section 5 and is provided free using the remote or on-site method selected by the technical team.
12. Return of Defective Parts
For some approved replacement claims, the Company may request return of the defective component for inspection. The Company will identify the return requirement before shipping and, when return is required for an approved warranty claim in the contiguous United States, provide reasonable return instructions and a prepaid standard shipping label. The requested return deadline is fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the replacement, subject to reasonable extensions.
If a Customer does not return a required part after written reminders and a reasonable opportunity to comply, the Company may pursue only a clearly disclosed, separately agreed lawful charge or other available remedy. This policy does not authorize automatic charges to a stored payment card or a preset penalty.
13. Warranty Exclusions and Claim Evaluation
Coverage does not extend to damage or failure caused by accident, impact, head strikes, UV curing-system misuse, misuse, improper installation or voltage, inadequate ventilation or environmental controls, contamination, liquid spills, fire/flood, unauthorized modifications, negligent maintenance, improper handling or storage, or use outside published specifications. Software licenses, routine calibration, consumables, cosmetic deterioration that does not affect function, and ordinary wear are excluded unless required otherwise by law.
A claimed exclusion must relate to the component and failure being evaluated; an unrelated issue will not automatically cancel the entire remaining warranty. Multiple component failures may be reviewed individually. Defects that existed independently of excluded damage remain eligible where established by the available evidence.
14. Unauthorized Repairs and Safety
The Customer should contact technical support before modifying electrical, UV curing, motion, or ink-delivery systems. Work by an unauthorized party does not, by itself, invalidate unrelated warranty coverage. DTF Printer USA may deny a specific claim when evidence reasonably establishes that an unauthorized repair or modification caused or materially contributed to the claimed damage. Customers should not open energized electrical enclosures or service UV curing systems without appropriate training and authorization.
15. Limitation of Liability and Business Interruption
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DTF PRINTER USA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM EQUIPMENT DEFECTS, MALFUNCTION, OR DOWNTIME, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST PRODUCTION, MISSED BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES. For approved warranty claims, the Company remains responsible for the covered repair or replacement, eligible standard parts shipping, and any necessary Company-authorized covered on-site service expressly promised in this Warranty. These exclusions do not apply to losses or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Other Warranties and Applicable Rights
This document describes the Company’s voluntary written limited warranty for eligible printer equipment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of DTF Printer USA arising solely under this limited contractual warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price actually paid for the affected covered equipment, except that this ceiling will not reduce the Company’s expressly promised covered-repair obligations where doing so would render the promised warranty remedy ineffective or violate applicable law. This limit does not apply to liabilities or rights that may not lawfully be limited. No representative may modify this Warranty unless an authorized Company representative confirms the change in writing. Any treatment of implied warranties must comply with applicable law, including requirements that may govern written consumer-product warranties.
17. Claim Decisions and Escalation
The Company will communicate the diagnostic findings and claim outcome. If a claim is denied, the Customer may request an explanation identifying the relevant facts and policy provision and may submit additional evidence for reconsideration. A Customer may escalate a disputed claim to Company management through the support contact shown on the invoice. Nothing in this process restricts statutory rights or available lawful dispute channels.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
Subject to controlling federal law and any non-waivable protections, Texas law is intended to govern this Warranty. The parties are encouraged to first attempt good-faith resolution through written notice and management review. No mandatory arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, or restriction of lawful chargeback rights is created by this document. Any further dispute-resolution provision requires separate legal review and express agreement.
19. Transferability and Warranty Changes
This limited warranty is intended for the original purchasing Customer and the equipment identified on the invoice. Transfer to another owner requires prior written Company approval, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Future warranty policy revisions apply prospectively; a later version will not unilaterally reduce promises made in the applicable version furnished at the time of sale.
