This dryer supports motor vibration powder shaking and a manual dusting method, allowing operators greater control over powder application and film handling. The manual feed and take-up system provides straightforward operation for shops that prefer hands-on process control.
An integrated hidden smoke purifier is included to help manage airflow during production. Designed to pair with 4 head DTF printers, this dryer is well suited for operations that require higher power output and a durable curing solution.
The Heat Press includes a 12-month limited warranty from the original purchase date, covering non-consumable components such as the control board, wiring, internal electronics, hydraulic pump, motor, hydraulic system, structural mechanical parts, platen mounts, and frame components when used under normal conditions. Consumable or wear-and-tear items—including pressure pads, silicone mats, high-temperature sheets, platen covers, laser guides, fuses, power cords, buttons, exterior panels, and parts affected by normal usage, poor maintenance, improper storage, environmental exposure, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications—are not covered. DTFPrinterUSA provides remote support via email, phone, or video, including repair guidance and tutorials when available. Eligible replacement parts covered under warranty are free, but customers must pay all shipping costs; the warranty does not include on-site service, technician visits, or labor.
