Return Policy

We do not issue refunds for printers. We do replace parts and pieces that are faulty due to manufacture defect but nothing caused by the consumer. We do not offer refunds on our supplies as well, if the supply has been used and there is no manufacturer defect we do not offer refunds, however if any situation from manufacture defect arises we will get in contact with you and replace it with no cost to you!
