For Freeport print shops, apparel decorators, embroidery studios, uniform suppliers, and fulfillment teams, what counts is speed, consistency, and capacity. In practice that usually means a 24-inch DTF printer with Epson i3200 printheads together with an automatic shaker dryer and a pneumatic or hydraulic press closing out the job.
Built for daily gang sheets, bulk shirt runs, staff uniforms, and contract printing at Freeport print shops. We help you match the machine to your real daily output.
Pay with a Synchrony Flex Credit Card and spread the cost, with plans from around $231/mo for 36 months on select machines. Approval is usually quick, with several programs, low monthly options, and business credit lines available. Equip your Freeport shop and keep your cash working elsewhere.

What made the difference with this DTF machine was everything around it: the training we got and the technical support behind it are why we are actually getting full use out of the equipment.

This city is named after a shipping term. Velasco, just across the water, had been promoted as a free port, and when the Freeport Sulphur Company laid out a town in 1912 to work the sulphur under Bryan Mound, the name came with it. Three hundred people lived here then. Everything since has involved moving something heavy: the sulphur out, and in 1929 the Brazos River itself, diverted south of town so the old riverbed could serve as a sheltered harbor. Dow arrived in 1939 and built what is now its largest manufacturing site anywhere. Velasco, one of the oldest towns in Texas and the place where the treaty ending the Texas Revolution was signed, merged into Freeport in 1957. What sits here today is a working port city of about twelve thousand, home to one of the largest shrimp trawler fleets on the Gulf, three miles of beach, and a harbor that Forbes has ranked among the fastest-growing export ports in the country. Every machine that puts a design on a shirt for any of it waits in Stafford, close enough to send down on a truck rather than order across an ocean.
Who we supply around Freeport: crew and workwear printers serving the docks, shrimping fleet, and port operations, plant and contractor uniform suppliers, beach and charter merch shops working Bryan Beach and Surfside, Brazosport ISD spirit-wear decorators, festival and fishing-tournament vendors, and home studios shipping online orders nationwide.
Working towns dress for work, and Freeport has more kinds of work than most places its size. Boat crews and dock hands need shirts that survive a shift. The shrimping fleet, the charter operators, and the tournament organisers all put names on apparel. Plant and port contractors order crew and safety gear by the case. Then the coast brings a second audience entirely, because Bryan Beach and Surfside pull visitors who buy something with the place printed on it, and the summer months turn that into real volume. Add Brazosport ISD, the churches, and the community events, and the calendar fills from several directions rather than one. For a printer, that variety is the whole opportunity, since almost none of it comes in identical thousand-piece runs.
Variety is exactly what a wholesaler handles worst. Every one of those customers wants a different design in a different quantity on a different deadline, and a shop that has to batch them all up and send them inland is quoting long waits on small jobs and losing the margin on every one. Owning the printer flips that: a boat crew's twenty shirts is an afternoon, the tournament order that turns up on Thursday can exist by Saturday, and when a beach design starts selling in June you reprint it in July instead of watching the season pass. The supply side matters too, because ink, film, and powder come down from a Texas warehouse on a delivery run rather than sitting on a ship. Tell us the range of work Freeport actually sends you and we will match a printer and press to it.
Work through these four and the right machine for a Freeport shop is easy to name.
