Description
This 75 inch industrial roller heat press machine is designed for large-format, continuous production environments that require extreme heat consistency, uniform pressure, and high electrical capacity. Built for industrial workflows, this system supports roll-to-roll heat transfer applications at scale.
The machine features a 74.8 inch (190 cm) roller width with a large-diameter roller, allowing wide media to pass smoothly through the heating zone. This makes it suitable for large DTF transfers, fabric rolls, sublimation paper, and other wide-format heat transfer applications where flat heat presses are not practical.
With a maximum pressure of 120 psi and a temperature range up to 260°C, the roller press delivers even heat and pressure across the entire working width. Its high-capacity electrical system is designed to support stable heat output during long production runs without temperature fluctuation.

The Heat Press includes a 12-month limited warranty from the original purchase date, covering non-consumable components such as the control board, wiring, internal electronics, hydraulic pump, motor, hydraulic system, structural mechanical parts, platen mounts, and frame components when used under normal conditions. Consumable or wear-and-tear items—including pressure pads, silicone mats, high-temperature sheets, platen covers, laser guides, fuses, power cords, buttons, exterior panels, and parts affected by normal usage, poor maintenance, improper storage, environmental exposure, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications—are not covered. DTFPrinterUSA provides remote support via email, phone, or video, including repair guidance and tutorials when available. Eligible replacement parts covered under warranty are free, but customers must pay all shipping costs; the warranty does not include on-site service, technician visits, or labor.
