This 24 inch DTF powder shaker dryer is designed as a cost-effective curing solution for print shops running mid-volume DTF production. With a wider working area and higher throughput capacity than smaller units, it supports efficient curing while maintaining controlled power consumption.
The dryer features a 24 inch (60 cm) working width and delivers a baking efficiency of 35 meters per hour, making it suitable for production environments using wider DTF printers and higher daily output. It uses a combination of front and back baking heating to maintain stable curing temperatures across PET film during powder setting.
This unit supports motor vibration powder shaking with automatic powder return, helping maintain consistent adhesive coverage while reducing material waste. It includes automatic tension control for film feeding and take-up, along with manual and automatic operating modes for flexible production control.
An integrated hidden smoke purifier is included to help manage airflow and maintain a cleaner working environment. Designed to pair with 4–5 head DTF printers, this economical dryer is well suited for shops scaling beyond entry-level systems without moving into higher-powered industrial ovens.
