The DTF Printer USA system offers an automated, high-quality printing, powdering, and curing solution designed for creating direct-to-film (DTF) heat transfers on a variety of items, including shirts, hats, shoes, bags, and more.

- Requirements: PC with i5 CPU or better, 8GB RAM, Adobe software recommended.
- Environment: Room temperature between 50–80°F and humidity of 40–60%.
- Power Supply: 110V for the printer; 220V with L6-20 outlet for the dryer.
Installation & Training
Initial installation and required training are free for eligible new equipment purchased directly from DTF Printer USA. Our technical team selects remote or authorized on-site installation. Authorized installation labor and technician travel are covered; site preparation is your responsibility.
Warranty & Support
The printer and dryer include a 12-month limited parts warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Printer printheads, consumables, routine maintenance, and normal wear are excluded. Other original parts may qualify when a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Using third-party supplies does not automatically void coverage. Damage linked by technical evaluation to incompatible, contaminated, defective, or improperly used supplies is excluded. Unrelated manufacturing defects remain eligible for coverage.
Standard shipping for approved warranty replacement parts is covered within the contiguous United States. Other destinations and optional expedited shipping follow the applicable warranty terms.
