Description
This 24 inch automatic DTF powder shaker dryer is designed for production environments that require consistent curing, automated powder handling, and stable performance at higher workloads. With an automated feed system and higher power capacity, it supports efficient DTF curing across PET film for continuous production workflows.
The unit features a 24 inch (60 cm) working width and delivers a baking efficiency of 30 meters per hour, making it suitable for shops running sustained production cycles. It uses front and back baking constant temperature heating to maintain even heat distribution during the curing process.
This model supports motor vibration powder shaking with automatic powder return and constant weight automatic sensing, helping maintain consistent adhesive coverage while reducing manual intervention. The constant tension automatic induction system manages film feed and take-up, improving stability during longer runs.

The Heat Press includes a 12-month limited warranty from the original purchase date, covering non-consumable components such as the control board, wiring, internal electronics, hydraulic pump, motor, hydraulic system, structural mechanical parts, platen mounts, and frame components when used under normal conditions. Consumable or wear-and-tear items—including pressure pads, silicone mats, high-temperature sheets, platen covers, laser guides, fuses, power cords, buttons, exterior panels, and parts affected by normal usage, poor maintenance, improper storage, environmental exposure, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications—are not covered. DTFPrinterUSA provides remote support via email, phone, or video, including repair guidance and tutorials when available. Eligible replacement parts covered under warranty are free, but customers must pay all shipping costs; the warranty does not include on-site service, technician visits, or labor.
