Description
This 20 x 24 hydraulic heat press with four pallets is built for high-volume, continuous production environments that demand fast throughput, consistent pressure, and minimal downtime between press cycles. Using a hydraulic oil-pressure mechanism, this machine delivers stable, uniform pressing force without reliance on compressed air systems.
The press features a 20 x 24 in (50 x 60 cm) heating plate and a four-pallet rotating configuration, allowing operators to load and unload garments while other pallets are actively pressing. This multi-station design significantly increases productivity and is well suited for large apparel shops, contract printers, and industrial production lines.
With a maximum pressure of 115 psi, an extended temperature range up to 399°C, and an adjustable time range up to 999 seconds, this model supports demanding applications such as DTF transfers, heat transfer vinyl, sublimation, and other high-temperature or thick-material pressing processes.

The Heat Press includes a 12-month limited warranty from the original purchase date, covering non-consumable components such as the control board, wiring, internal electronics, hydraulic pump, motor, hydraulic system, structural mechanical parts, platen mounts, and frame components when used under normal conditions. Consumable or wear-and-tear items—including pressure pads, silicone mats, high-temperature sheets, platen covers, laser guides, fuses, power cords, buttons, exterior panels, and parts affected by normal usage, poor maintenance, improper storage, environmental exposure, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications—are not covered. DTFPrinterUSA provides remote support via email, phone, or video, including repair guidance and tutorials when available. Eligible replacement parts covered under warranty are free, but customers must pay all shipping costs; the warranty does not include on-site service, technician visits, or labor.
