The system combines a powder shaker and integrated air purifier, helping manage excess powder and improve the working environment during DTF production. It uses halogen infrared heating elements to provide controlled heat distribution for curing adhesive powder on PET film.
Built for stable operation in production workflows, this dryer is suitable for pairing with compact and mid-width DTF printers. Its controlled heating and airflow design support repeatable curing results across short and medium production runs.
Warranty & Important Details
The Heat Press includes a 12-month limited warranty from the original purchase date, covering non-consumable components such as the control board, wiring, internal electronics, hydraulic pump, motor, hydraulic system, structural mechanical parts, platen mounts, and frame components when used under normal conditions. Consumable or wear-and-tear items—including pressure pads, silicone mats, high-temperature sheets, platen covers, laser guides, fuses, power cords, buttons, exterior panels, and parts affected by normal usage, poor maintenance, improper storage, environmental exposure, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications—are not covered. DTFPrinterUSA provides remote support via email, phone, or video, including repair guidance and tutorials when available. Eligible replacement parts covered under warranty are free, but customers must pay all shipping costs; the warranty does not include on-site service, technician visits, or labor.
