    This 16 x 20 hydraulic heat press machine is designed for production environments that require higher pressing force, stable pressure delivery, and long-duty cycle performance. Unlike pneumatic models, this unit uses a hydraulic oil-pressure mechanism, providing consistent pressing force without reliance on an external air compressor.

    The machine features a 16 x 20 in (40 x 50 cm) heating plate with dual platens, allowing operators to load garments on one pallet while pressing on the other. This configuration helps reduce idle time between cycles and supports steady production output in commercial apparel workflows.

    With a maximum pressure of 120 psi, a temperature range up to 260°C, and an adjustable time range up to 999 seconds, this hydraulic heat press supports demanding transfer applications including DTF transfers, heat transfer vinyl, and other apparel decoration processes that require firm, uniform pressure.

    Designed to operate on 110V power, this model is well suited for print shops that prefer a self-contained pressing system with consistent force delivery and reduced dependency on compressed air infrastructure.

    The Heat Press includes a 12-month limited warranty from the original purchase date, covering non-consumable components such as the control board, wiring, internal electronics, hydraulic pump, motor, hydraulic system, structural mechanical parts, platen mounts, and frame components when used under normal conditions. Consumable or wear-and-tear items—including pressure pads, silicone mats, high-temperature sheets, platen covers, laser guides, fuses, power cords, buttons, exterior panels, and parts affected by normal usage, poor maintenance, improper storage, environmental exposure, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications—are not covered. DTFPrinterUSA provides remote support via email, phone, or video, including repair guidance and tutorials when available. Eligible replacement parts covered under warranty are free, but customers must pay all shipping costs; the warranty does not include on-site service, technician visits, or labor.
