📍 If the customer is located within the Greater Houston Area, all warranty-covered service and repairs are provided on-site and free of charge.

Service Conditions for Locations Outside Houston

🚚 For customers outside Houston, if on-site service is required:
🔹 The customer is responsible for technician travel and accommodation costs.
🔹 Alternatively, remote technical support and video guidance will be provided to assist with the repair process.
