The unit features a 24 inch (60 cm) working width and delivers a baking efficiency of 30 meters per hour, making it suitable for shops running continuous production cycles. It uses front and back baking constant temperature heating to maintain even heat distribution during the curing process.
This dryer supports motor vibration powder shaking and a manual dusting method, allowing operators greater control over powder application and film handling. The manual feed and take-up system provides straightforward operation for shops that prefer hands-on process control.
