1 LT Batch DTF Ink
One box takes a Conroe bench from empty to ready: a full liter each of White, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. Five liters of OEKO-TEX certified ink, tuned for i3200 and i1600 heads.
Get the SetYour DTF consumables leave our Texas warehouse the same day you order, a straight run down I-45 to Conroe, so the press keeps moving through lake season and downtown festival weekends. Restock ink, film, powder, and cleaner, begin with as little as one liter, and run all of it on Epson i3200 and i1600 heads.
The four things a working press empties first, kept deep in stock and dispatched same day to Conroe, Willis, Montgomery, and across Montgomery County. Our warehouse sits south in Stafford, a straight run down I-45. The rest of the films, powders, and printhead care waits in the catalog below.

DTF white ink lays the solid underbase every color sits on, which is why it drains well ahead of any CMYK bottle. Several whites per color bottle is the ratio worth planning around. Run out and the press stops cold, so a spare on the shelf is what keeps a Conroe shop on schedule.
Open a category to see what sits behind it. Films, powders, cut sheets, and printhead care, all of it kept on hand and cleared to leave Stafford the same day.

DTF powder is the adhesive coat that liquefies under heat and anchors your print into the fibers, so the grade decides whether a shirt lasts a year or splits after a handful of washes. Conroe shops printing Lake Conroe merch and downtown festival tees keep both grades close: fine where the art is tight, premium where the garment gets worn hard. Same-day dispatch from Stafford, straight down I-45.
The grade that moves fastest in Conroe, bonding harder for long runs and thicker garments.
A fine grain that grips detailed art, thin strokes, and lighter fabrics while staying soft.
DTF transfer film, searched just as often as DTF paper, is what your artwork prints onto before heat drives it into the garment. The right pick comes down to peel speed, how fine the art runs, and your printer width. Weigh hot peel, smart peel, and ultra premium for a Conroe floor below.
Listed in some shops as instant peel. Take it off warm or let it cool, whichever the run wants. Quick and adaptable for production and repeat orders.
Cold peel, meaning the sheet cools before it comes away. The stronger call when a design runs to thin strokes and small type and needs a soft finish.
The one we point Conroe shops to first. A refined hot peel that releases clean and holds edges sharp on fine detail, in 12, 16.5, and 24 inch widths.
I rarely review, but this white ink is worthy of a shout out. Hardly a clog unless the printer sits unused for an extended period, and the few I have had flushed away with a cleaning and a couple of test prints. A few shakes of the bottle and no pigment settled at the bottom. I love the white ink and all of the other inks, and the powder is soft and makes for a nice touch.
DTF Printer USA really came through when I needed supplies quickly. They were cheaper than where I normally bought, so I was skeptical at first, but after using the DTF film the first time it was so much nicer than what I had been using. I stopped ordering from the other vendor altogether and have since ordered more film, inks, and powder. Highly recommend.
My go-to place for all my supplies.
Conroe print shops, Lake Conroe merch sellers, and Montgomery County decorators work with DTF Printer USA for one plain reason: every consumable ships the same day it is ordered, so a restock never becomes a multi-day gap when a deadline is bearing down.
Send your ink, film, and powder order in before the cutoff and it leaves our Texas warehouse that day, so your restock is already tracking up I-45 toward Conroe while other suppliers are still keying it in.
OEKO-TEX certified, cleared for skin contact once it is pressed into the garment. Deep saturated color, clean whites, and a formula built around Epson i3200 and i1600 printheads.
Everything stays stocked: all five ink colors, hot peel, smart peel, glitter, and A3 sheet films, both powder grades, and printhead care. Take one liter or clear a full restock, no minimums either way.
Our Stafford warehouse sits south of Conroe down I-45, so you get reliable delivery on top of same-day dispatch. Need it in a hurry for a lake-tournament order or a downtown festival weekend? Reach out and we will sort the quickest route.
When your DTF supplier ships the same day from inside Texas, you do not lose a shift waiting on a carrier, you do not shut the doors to go find materials, and you do not gamble on cheap ink that comes back as a refund. Same-day shipping, a stocked Stafford warehouse straight down I-45, and a US-based team you can actually reach. That is what a real Texas supplier gets a Conroe shop.
Conroe is the seat of Montgomery County, a fast-growing city built around Lake Conroe and a walkable historic downtown. The lake pulls boaters, anglers, and weekend crowds through most of the year, while the Crighton Theatre, the Heritage Museum of Montgomery County, and a full calendar of downtown festivals keep the old town center busy. Add W.G. Jones State Forest and Candy Cane Park and you get a city where tourism, arts, and county government all feed steady custom apparel demand. The shops printing here are not all the same, and the supplies that keep them running should match the work in front of them. Our Stafford warehouse sits south down I-45, with same-day dispatch so orders reach Conroe quickly.
With Lake Conroe drawing boaters and anglers year round, Conroe shops fill steady orders for marina staff shirts, tournament tees, and boat-club apparel. Our OEKO-TEX ink and premium powders hold color and bond through sun, water, and repeat washing.
Downtown fills for Crighton Theatre runs and the festival calendar, and production shirts, volunteer tees, and commemorative merch move in waves. No minimums means you can buy a single liter or one roll for a one-off run without committing to a pallet.
Conroe runs straight into Willis, Montgomery, and Magnolia across Montgomery County. Whether the order comes from a marina shop or a downtown festival booth, same-day dispatch keeps your turnaround tight.

Practical notes for shops working Montgomery County, from matching supplies to local jobs to the edge of a same-day supplier down I-45.
Work in Conroe pulls in two directions. Lake-season orders arrive in volume: marina staff shirts, tournament tees, boat-club apparel, and rental-fleet branding printed in the hundreds, worn outdoors in sun and water, so a premium bond and a heavy white underbase decide whether the print still looks right at the end of summer. Downtown work runs the opposite way. Crighton Theatre production shirts, museum merch, and festival-vendor tees arrive in short, detailed batches where fine powder, tight linework, and a soft hand feel are what the buyer notices. A shelf carrying both, instead of one compromise setup, is what lets a Conroe shop take either call without hesitating.
Sitting on the water in Montgomery County, Conroe carries humidity through most of the year, and damp air ruins transfers before anyone notices. Powder left open in a muggy stockroom seizes into clumps, and film that has drawn moisture ghosts or releases unevenly. The Conroe shops that print cleanly through a lake-country summer keep consumables where the air conditioning reaches instead of a hot back room or a shop out by the water, close every powder tub and film wrap the moment a job ends, and let chilled stock come up to room temperature before it loads. Small habits, but across a summer they are the whole difference.
Most shops accept that their DTF supplier is days out and quote around the delay. A Conroe shop does not have to. Our warehouse sits in Stafford, down I-45 at the south end of the metro, and an order beating the daily cutoff leaves the same afternoon instead of sitting in a queue for two days. When a marina doubles a staff order midweek or a downtown festival booth drops a rush job with the weekend already booked, that same-day dispatch is what turns a hesitant maybe into a yes. Keep a spare film roll, a full set of colors, and a couple kilos of powder on hand and the question rarely comes up at all.
Everything Conroe and Montgomery County decorators ask before stocking up on DTF supplies.
